How do we decide which model is right?

It depends on how well-defined your scope is and how much flexibility you need. We'll recommend the best fit during our discovery conversation — there's no pressure to commit upfront.

Can we switch models mid-engagement?

Yes. It's common for engagements to start as T&M during discovery and then transition to fixed price once the scope is clear. We're flexible.

What are your typical rates?

Our rates reflect the seniority and expertise of our consultants. We're competitive with the market but we don't compete on price — we compete on outcomes. We'll provide transparent pricing during our initial conversation.

Is there a minimum engagement size?

For consulting engagements, we typically work on a minimum of one day per week. For delivery teams, the minimum is a squad of 3-4 people. But we're happy to discuss what makes sense for your situation.
